She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into human and business strategies through employee engagement and change management. Infatuated by management, she believes that team building and learning as crucial to maintaining an advantage in the marketplace. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has have helped to create organizations that were able to embrace learning innovation and change that positively affect teams and organizations.
